Dear Members, On behalf of the Dover Community Association, I am pleased to present formal notice of the Annual General Meeting, to be held as follows:

Membership is currently $10 per household lifetime (subject to change)

A new executive will be elected at the AGM and nominations will be accepted from the floor.
All interested members are encouraged to consider standing for an executive position,
especially as some current executive members have indicated that they do not intend to stand again.

An ordinary meeting will follow immediately after the adjournment of the AGM.
